Principal and owner of oil and gas due diligence and asset / project management consulting firm, specializing in petroleum land management and hydrocarbon marketing / trading services.

    Representative Engagements:

Upstream Due Diligence – 1) Sell-side due diligence and project management for high profile independent producer divestiture of non-operated working interests in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi; 2) Large public energy company multi-basin lower forty-eight extended period non-operated working interest acquisition, with subsequent partial divestitures and project management:  Eagle Ford, Barnett, East Texas, Granite Wash, Woodford, Bakken, D-J Basin, Mississippian Lime.
 

Midstream Natural Gas Advisory – Support services for various high profile market participants in midstream asset acquisition and natural gas supply sourcing projects for LNG export and market optimization.
 

Asset Management – Ongoing exploration and production asset / project management for client company’s substantial Texas mineral ownership and non-operated working interest positions.

 

Employment History

Began as Petroleum Landman at Texas Oil & Gas Corp. in Midland, Texas, in 1983, and worked for such oil and gas related companies as Delhi Gas Pipeline Corp., Regal Petroleum and Commercial Gas Corporation in the mid 1980’s through early 1990’s.  In years following natural gas deregulation, worked as a gas marketer and trader for such companies as Aurora Natural Gas, Inc., Corpus Christi Natural Gas, Inc., Coquest Energy Services, Inc. and Energy Transfer Company. Continued as an independent consultant in the areas of petroleum land management, natural gas / hydrocarbon marketing, and value chain optimization with formation of Chandler Energy Resources, LLC in 2005.
